    Quite popular GINZA4 chome (Japanese hawfinch) parfait, the fifth of the last of this year came up!
    Quite popular GINZA4 chome (Japanese hawfinch) parfait which started in this May presents new menu using seasonal fruit in bistro Marx every approximately one month. New menu which became the fifth this time started on Monday, October 22. We provide until the end of the year.
    Each container uses glass which made air bubbles of Ebisu "Verre" which we made in original accent.

    MONTBLANC which fully used domestic purple potato.
    Parfait which had vanilla ice cream and nuts on the crunchy meringue of almond, and squeezed cream of domestic purple potato out of the top, and picked up deluxe cream using Mascarpone, Tips of purple potato and flower.

    We use apple (maypole, Shinano gold) of Nagano, Suda farm.
    Confiture of maypole of red flesh, gelee of ginger, confit of Shinano gold, sorbet of cream and maypole of Fromage buran.
    It is light parfait which can taste apple of Suda well.

     <crystal pummelo and berubenu - Kochi, unvarnished wood orchard ->
     "Crystal pummelo" of Kochi, unvarnished wood orchard.
    Taste rich in the finest flavor and a certain dignity sweetness, beautiful flesh and denseness.
    Attach gelee of berubenu, cream of Mascarpone, sorbet of yoghurt, whole flesh granite which you used.

    In "bistro Marx," is very popular with cafe thyme of the afternoon; "offer Afternoon Tea "rouge".
